Métodos de ensino e atividades de aprendizagem
The terms and concepts covered during the semester at the UC of Geology are essential for understanding the geological approaches that the Petroleum Engineer will face together with his team.
At the end of the semester, the student should be able to analyze basic geological information. From preliminary studies of analysis of cartographic documentation, through recognition of the type of rocks or soils, existing geological structures of deformation, to methods to reconstruct the geological history of a given region. These are skills acquired once this UC is successfully completed.
Throughout the semester, students will be alerted to the natural observation of geological structures.
