1. Systems of linear equations: matrix representation of systems, resolution of systems by the Gaussian elimination method;


2. Determinants: definition, calculation (Laplace's theorem, Sarrus's
rule, Gaussian elimination), properties and applications to the resolution of systems of linear equations (Cramer's rule) and to the inverse matrix
calculation

3. Linear spaces: definition and elementary properties; notion of subspace. (In) linear dependence; notion of base and dimension of a linear
subspace

4. Own values and vectors: definition, properties and applications.

Fórmula de cálculo da classificação final

Continuous evaluation:

• 3 tests: 1st test with a weight of 40%, 2nd and 3rd tests with a weight of 30%; All with a minimum score of 6 values.
• If the final grade obtained is equal to or higher than 16, an oral exam will be required, which will lead to the student's final grade.

Exam:
• Classroom regime: 100% of the exam grade.
• Distance regime: 100% of the exam grade, if the final grade obtained is equal to or higher than 16 values, an oral exam will be required, which
will lead to the final classification of the student.

At any moment of assessment (continuous assessment tests and final exam), an oral test may be required of the student (by video conference or in
person, if possible), with specific questions about the evaluated subject, which will lead to the final classification of the exam. student at that time of assessment, on a scale from 0 (zero) to 20 (twenty) values.
