- Communication techniques in public oral presentations (Posture and attitude to adopt in an oral presentation; Essential characteristics of the contents presented in slides; Slide construction tools);
- Written communication techniques (Ethics in the use of computer resources for the most varied forms of written communication; Structuring and Formatting documents (indexes, graphs, tables, diagrams, figures, bibliography); Collaborative work platforms and document sharing).
