The curricular unit Construction Processes II appears in the continuity of the curricular unit of Processes of Construction I.
It is intended that the student acquires skills of construction processes in the area of coatings, from the buried surfaces to the roofs of buildings. It is thus intended that the student acquires skills to be able to choose the most appropriate solutions in each case, in view of all constraints.
Chapter 1. Buried floors - Waterproofing and drainage solutions. Systems of waterproofing and drainage of walls and floors in contact with the ground.
Cap 2 - Walls - Coatings of walls and ceilings with application adherent to the support or independent of the support. Classification. Types of materials: mortar in plaster, natural or artificial stone or ceramic coatings, ETICS, type coatings, plate coatings applied on "ventilated facades" with thermal insulation, paint coatings. Most frequent anomalies and their origin.
Chap. 3 - Flooring - Types of coating materials: natural stone, ceramic tiles in interior and exterior floors, linoleum or vinyl. Classification of floor coverings.
Chap. 4: - Windows and glasses - Systems of frames. Types materials. Windows frames. Ventilation. Chap. 5 - Roofing - Inclined and flat roofing's solutions for buildings; structures and coating elements. Important specific locals. Waterproofing systems for single zones with inclined and flat roofs.

Fraud Mitigation Mechanisms
In the case of students in Virtual Mobility, students will have to have the camera switched on in the assessments, the exercises and questions proposed in the assessments will be different for all students, students will be separated into rooms and will have to show the teacher their progress in solving the exercises when requested.
