Objetivos

Provide students with a real work context experience where they can integrate knowledge from various areas of the course, appeal to rational and intuition concepts, create a critical spirit and develop work autonomy.

Resultados de aprendizagem e competências

At the end of the unit, the student must:
- Demonstrate autonomy in solving real problems;
- Demonstrate ability to solve concrete or new problems, based on knowledge acquired during the course;
- Know how to properly structure a report, describing activities carried out and correlating with learning acquired throughout the course or demonstrate research and analysis capacity to solve new problems;
- Demonstrate greater communication and interpersonal skills;
- Have the ability to make a critical reflection on problems that are posed;
- Have the ability to understand the need for lifelong learning processes through reflection of internship experiences.

Some seminars will be held on topics such as: curriculum vitae building and interview preparation, business expectations, professional ethics.

The internship themes will be developed in agreement with the welcoming entities of the internships.

 The monitoring and control of training in the workplace is carried out through regular meetings between the student, the teacher appointed by the school and the companion appointed by the institution where the internship takes place.

The completion of the internship involves the presentation of a final written report by the student and his defense in public session, resulting in the final evaluation of the jury's appreciation.

 

Fórmula de cálculo da classificação final

Final grade: 5% seminars + 20% presentation and discussion report + 25% report + 5% poster + 45% company performance.
