Objetivos

Integrate fundamental concepts of quality, environment and safety. Develop and implement the necessary requirements to the systems of quality, environment and safety. Develop plans, procedures and documentation for the systems. Develop and implement quality systems. Integrate security systems and environment with quality management systems. Perform quality audits and security environment. Take the continuous improvement as an element of organizational development. Create a climate favourable to the internalization of quality in organizations. Understand the methodologies used in the process of certification.

1 - Background: Inspection, Control, Warranty Management. Historical references to the quality management systems of standardization, metrology and qualification (accreditation and certification).
2 - Quality - NP EN ISO 9001: Terminology and General requirements.
3- Environment - NP EN ISO 14001: Terminology and General requirements.
4- Safety - NP EN ISO 45001: Terminology and concepts. Identification of hazards and risks.
5- System Integration: Comparative study of three references.
6- Total Quality and Performance Improvement. NP EN ISO 9004

7 - Introduction to Systems Evaluation. Internal Audit - methods and techniques. NP EN ISO 19011. Managing an audit program. Simulated case studies of audit.
