Objetivos

Understand the requirements of quality, environment, safety and social responsibility management systems
- Diagnosing, planning and implementing an integrated management system, including the respective internal audit program, and a process-based management model suited to the activities.
- Knowing how to evolve from an integrated management system to high-performance models
- Understand the limitations of models through their framework in organizational theories.

2 - Integrated Management System: Requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 26000.
3 - Planning and implementation of the Integrated System: Planning and implementation, Audits and diagnoses.
4 - Management by processes: Concepts, classification and models of processes. Forms of management and monitoring.
5 - Internal audits: Techniques and methods, Preparation, Realization and documentation.
6 – Models of self-assessment and organizational excellence: Model ISO 9004, CAF and EFQM . Criteria and evaluation.
7 - Sustainability and ODS in organizations. Sustainability Indicators and Reports
