Objetivos
Provide as bases and practices of electrical lighting in order to enable that there is no mastery of the equipment they acquire, lighting design and ways of managing a lighting installation, taking into account the electrical energy and the creation of an installation.
Resultados de aprendizagem e competências
At the end of the Curricular Unit the student should be able to:
1. Have an overview of the importance of this subject within a professional context.
2. Identify the lighting solutions applied to each space in a building.
3. Know which are the solutions for dimensioning lighting solutions for various spaces in a building.
4. Be aware of the main standards associated with the development of Lighting projects

The final grade of the course unit (NF) will be calculated as follows:
- The minimum test score (average between two tests (NT)) is 9.5, with a weight of 40% in the final score (NF).
- Project Grade (NP), average between two projects, with a minimum grade of 9,5 values with a weight of 40% in the final grade (NF).
- Discussion Grade (ND), with a weight of 20% in the final grade (NF).
NF=0.4*NT +0.4* NP + 0.2*ND
- In the case of a final exam (NE) with a minimum grade of 9.5, with a weight of 50% in the final grade (NF).
NF=0.4*NE +0.4* NP + 0.2*ND
Being:
NF - Final grade
NP - Project Note
ND - Discussion grade
NE - Exam Score
NT- Test score
Fórmula de cálculo da classificação final
NF=0.4*NT +0.4* NP + 0.2*ND
or
NF=0.4*NE +0.4* NP + 0.2*ND
Being:
NF - Final grade
NP - Project Note
ND - Discussion grade
NE - Exam Score
NT- Test score
