Objetivos
It is intended with this UC that students acquire knowledge about the design and development of applications for the Internet, which provide information that is stored in a database and that was obtained from devices of an IoT system, both in Portuguese and in English .
Resultados de aprendizagem e competências
Students must be able to:
- Develop an Internet application that provides information stored in one database and that was obtained from devices of an IoT system (simulated), both in Portuguese and in English.
- Design and implement a database, which represents and stores the information needed by the application.

Programa
English/Portuguese Web Interface for a small IoT system development. The database design and implementation ass well as the interconnection of the Web Interface with the database are also project's requirements.

Obtenção de frequência
Approval in the course implies presentation of the functional project and approval as a whole (presentation + project + technical report and user manual).
Fórmula de cálculo da classificação final
10% - Presentation of the initial project idea and definition of requirements
10% - Solution analysis and design report
10% - Final Report
10% - Final Presentation
50% - Implementation of the integrated solution
10% -Participation/performance in the coordination and development of the project (with individual presentation of the tasks performed) evaluated throughout the project.
Observações
The ESTSetúbal/IPS attendance regulation is applied.
Students who cannot attend classes must indicate this by email to the person responsible for the Curricular Unit.
