My domain of specialization is:
Development of a plasmid DNA purification process for DNA vaccines based in several chromatographic steps (affinity, HIC, SEC), tangential flow filtration, aqueous two-phase systems. Moreover, my experience also includes unit operation scale up and process integration.
Purification and characterization of human monoclonal antibodies.
