1. Procedures for Receiving Technical Installations.
2. Maintenance
a) Maintenance Organization and Maintenance Plans.
b) Preparation of reports of interventions carried out.
c) Measurement and correction of vibrations and noise in buildings.
3. Specific Actions in Heating Installations
a) Efficiency measurement in boilers.
b) Installation and maintenance routines in boilers and heat pumps.
c) Installation, tests and maintenance routines for solar thermal systems.
4. Specific Actions in HVAC Installations
a) Installation and procedures inherent to good practices for interconnecting components, checking and starting up the main HVAC systems.
b) Pump installation procedure. Detection and correction of malfunctions in pumps.
c) Maintenance routines for the main HVAC systems. Filter maintenance.
5. Specific Performances in Electrical Installations
a) Installation of electric motors and control and protection devices for electric circuits associated with HVAC systems.
6. Specific Activities in Refrigeration: a) Characteristics of the installation, regulation and operation of components of a refrigeration network: test of the characteristics of a refrigeration circuit, installation and regulation of thermostatic expansion valves, pressure switches, thermostats, modeling valves and non-modelling, particle filters and dryers. Control the capacity of refrigerator circuits.
b) Handling of Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases.
c) Installation of room hygrostats and respective regulation.
