Objetivos
This UC aims to provide students with knowledge for the design of complex electronic circuits. It is also intended to give students the knowledge for the design and realization of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Resultados de aprendizagem e competências
At the end of this Curricular Unit, the Student must be able to design, carry out and test complex electronic circuits, creating a prototype.

Programa
1. Design of Analog-Digital Mixed Circuits.
2. Electromagnetic Compatibility and Voltage Regulators.
3. Editing simulation and testing of electrical schematics.
4. CAD environment for PCB design.

Métodos de ensino e atividades de aprendizagem
Theoretical-practical classes aimed to consolidate the acquired knowledge.
Laboratory classes, where a two-stage practical project is carried out for each group, allowing experimentation with the lessons taught in the theoretical-pratical classes.
Each group of students must prepare a report and a digital project portfolio.

The evaluation of the project is made according to the following parameters:
- attendance;
- planning;
- technical quality of the work performed;
- scientific quality of work;
- quality of the report and associated documentation;
- presentation and discussion, including the development of a digital portfolio;
