Objetivos

Provide students with skills to conceive, plan, carry out and improve activities in the area of Production Management.

At the end of the curricular unit, students must be able to:

• Frame and value the contribution of the Production Management for the performance of the Organizations;


• Know, how to define and analyze the Aggregate Production Plan and Director Production Plan;


• Understand and use the appropriate techniques to support the planning, the control and the improve of production;


• Assess the activities, carried out from a technical and economic point of view.
