Objetivos

Integrate fundamental concepts of quality, environment and safety.
Develop and implement the necessary requirements for quality, environment and safety management systems. Develop plans, procedures and documentation regarding the systems.
Develop and implement quality management systems.
Integrate occupational safety and health and environmental management systems with quality management systems. Conduct environmental and safety quality audits.
Assume continuous improvement as an element of organizational development. Create a favorable climate for the internalization of improvement in organizations.
Understand the methodologies used in certification processes.

1– Fundamental concepts: Inspection, Control, Warranty, Management. Historical references to quality management; standardization, metrology and qualification systems (accreditation and certification).
2- Quality - NP EN ISO 9001: Identification of quality requirements
3– Environment - NP EN ISO 14001: Identification of environmental aspects and impacts
4– Safety – NP EN ISO 45001: Terminology and concepts. Identification of hazards and risks.
5 – Systems Integration: Comparative study between the three references.
6 – Total Quality and Performance Improvement. NP EN ISO 9004 standard.
7 – Introduction to Systems Assessment. Internal Audits – methods and techniques. Standard NP EN ISO 19011. Management of an audit program. Practical cases of simulated auditing
