1. To know the fundamental physical processes and phenomena and apply
the laws that allow understanding and solving practical problems in Physics.
2. To apply vector calculus, kinematics, Newton's laws, the principle of work-energy,
conservation of energy, conservation of momentum, statics of particles, fluids,
temperature scales and the amount of heat in the scope of introductory thermodynamics,
notions of electricity and electrical circuits, in solving “day to day” physics problems.
1. Recognize the importance of measurement activity within the global context of the activities of the
construction process.
2. Identify the fundamental parts for measurement activity.
3. Identify the
different methods for the selection and efficient use of construction equipment.
4. Analyze and
perform the measurement of the different components related to the design of buildings and
civil Engineering.
5. Understand and clearly identify the direct and indirect costs incurred on the
construction projects.
6. Understand the procedures for the preparation of measurement reports.
The curricular unit is intended to provide the acquisition of knowledge about law and public procurement.
The curricular unit Construction Technology II appears in the continuity of the curricular unit of Technology of Construction I.
