  • Understand the role of commercial and labor legislation in management and frame management in that legislation;

  • Know and understand the basic concepts of Law in general and Commercial and Labor Law in particular

  • Know the different forms of business organization, in particular, that of commercial companies as a typical way of structuring business activity;

  • Know, in particular, the various contractual links in Labor Law, as well as the typical content of the employment contract and its vicissitudes.

The face-to-face classes will be essentially expository, and students can and should intervene whenever they have doubts and participate in the themes that are launched for debate. Virtual classes will consist of solving written exercises proposed by the teacher.

In continuous assessment - students must take two tests, one hour each, and obtain an average grade equal to or greater than 10 values. There is a minimum grade of 8 values in each test. In final assessment - completion of a two-hour final written exam and students must obtain at least ten values of final grade.
