Objetivos
Equip students with current skills in the context of managing associations
Promote active learning activities that allow the development of transversal skills and contact with the business reality.

Students should understand the role, impact and interaction of organizations and companies with their surroundings, as well as their internal functioning from a functional and systemic perspective. They should also obtain the skills that allow them to identify the main factors that affect the life of the company and knowledge that will facilitate the understanding of the subjects to be deepened during the course of the degree.

his is a theoretical-practical Curricular Unit, whose dynamism is based on the study and discussion of themes/cases, namely.
In theoretical-practical classes, the expository-participatory method will be implemented, using audiovisual means and the study of topics related to the syllabus, with the involvement of the student in its analysis and discussion.
In addition, e-learning activities will be developed on the Moodle platform to support teaching.

2 mandatory continuous assessment tests, whose average must be equal to or greater than 9.5 for the student to pass.
If this average is less than 9.5, the student will have to take the exam and the exam score is worth 100% of the final grade.
