Objetivos
Basic knowledge of Law.
Fundamental knowledge of Commercial and Labour Law.
Understand and know how to interpret the legal norms.

- Understand the role of commercial and labor legislation in management and frame management in that legislation;
- Know and understand the basic concepts of Law in general and Commercial and Labor Law in particular
- Understand, interpret and analyze, from a legal perspective, commercial and individual working relationships in companies;
- Know the different forms of business organization, in particular, that of commercial companies as a typical way of structuring business activity;
- Know, in particular, the various contractual links in Labor Law, as well as the typical content of the employment contract and its vicissitudes.

In continuous assessment - students must take two tests, one hour each, and obtain an average grade equal to or greater than 10 values. There is a minimum grade of 8 values in each test.
